Extend Campaign

After you have collected consumer preferences via a data request campaign, you can extend the data usage period by creating an extension campaign before the current campaign/data expires:

1. navigate to the expiring campaign details page
2. select "More actions" and click "Extend"

   

3. You will be redirected to the extension campaign creation page where most of the information is pre-filled from the expiring campaign. You can overwrite any of the information before publishing it
4. Once you publish the extension campaign, you can share it through desired channel(s). See Share Campaign for more information
5. After the extension campaign is shared, if the consumer(s) accept the extension request, you can continue using the data through the extension campaign and the associated policy, as well as from the expiring campaign/policy before it expires
