Add Webhook Trigger
You can configure webhooks to automatically send survey results and/or data expiration notifications to an external system that supports incoming webhooks.
For example, when a consumer submits their survey results, you can automatically create that record in your CRM or CDP. Some platforms, such as Klaviyo, do not accept incoming webhooks directly. You can leverage Zapier or Make.com so that when a consumer submits their survey results:
- One Creation sends a webhook to Zapier or Make.com.
- Zapier or Make.com catches the hook and maps it to the corresponding Klaviyo traits.
- Zapier or Make.com sends the results to Klaviyo.
Configure Webhook in One Creation
- To configure a destination webhook, select Admin from the left navigation menu, then Webhooks.
- On the Webhook Configuration screen, enter the destination webhook URL and choose the trigger event when One Creation will send the webhook.
-
Once the webhook configuration is saved, you can add it to a campaign by going to the campaign page. Under the More actions dropdown, select Add Webhook Trigger.
-
You will see your configured webhooks in the dropdown. You can select as many webhooks as you need. If you need to configure a new webhook, click on the Add webhook button from the dropdown, which will take you to the webhook configuration page.
Note: On a draft campaign, you can test embed/submit survey. Survey results won't be collected. Once a campaign is published, all survey results will be sent to the webhook destination.
